Welcome to the new and improved fredmxm354.co.uk now known as FredMunro.co.uk (or .com), you will notice allot of changes compared to the old site, mainly the "Nav-Bar" on the left of your screen, this was implemented to save time Navigating the site, when you scroll you will notice the Nav-Bar stays exactly where it is.

Some major news, the whole site got a restructure and major update, and with some crafty coding, the Spry Menu now works with Internet Explorer, Safari and Maththon. The menu should work on all browsers now to say the least.
Allot of the restructuring will invalidate your bookmarks, but load times are about 10% lower...
This is the final major overhaul intended for atleast 6 months... So, only content updates and additions for you lot now..

10/10/07: I have changed the forum software to vBulletin which is far better than PHPBB, there are a few more changes that I need to make but none that will effect the user database again.
